Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking, full payment is required. We are only able to accept bookings from persons over the age of 18. We will allow you to amend your booking upto 14 days prior to your check-in date. This will be in the form of a credit note, for the value of your stay (valid for 12 months of the original check-in date). If we are unable to find a date that works for you we will offer a full refund. We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover the event of a cancellation.
If you leave early for any reason we will not issue any refund for unused nights.
Unfortunately, in some rare & unforeseen circumstances, we may have to cancel your booking. In these circumstances, we will offer you a full refund of any fees paid or the option of an alternative date. No other compensation is available
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are valid 24 hours after purchase, for 12 months and are non-refundable.
Arrival and Departure
On departure the cabin and site must be left clean and tidy. All rubbish/recycling is to be left in the bins provided. We reserve the right to charge for excessive cleaning where the cabin has been left in an unacceptable condition.
Breakages and Damage
A degree of normal wear and tear is to be expected but should any significant damage or breakage happen during your stay you will be held responsible and liable to be charged.
Liability
The Bide Ltd accept no responsibility for injury incurred anywhere in the cabin, on the site or the adjacent farm.
Negligence
Guests will be held responsible for any fire, damage or alteration to the cabin or other parts of the site caused by negligence. Tea lights and candles are strictly forbidden inside or outside the cabin.
Stolen Property
During your stay you are responsible for your property including your car and we do not accept any responsibility for your personal effects.
Smoking
Strictly no smoking within the cabin. Smoking outside the cabin is permitted but guests are responsible for the safe and tidy disposal of their cigarette butts, please don’t litter the surrounding area.
Children
We can accommodate babies in the cabin, we can provide a travel cot.
Dogs
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs.
Code of Conduct
The number of persons occupying the property must not exceed the maximum number stated on the booking.
Access to the farmhouse, gardens and dairy are strictly prohibited. We have marked out some accessible routes in the welcome document. Please be respectful of the farmer and farm animals during your stay.
No music outside of the cabin after 10pm.

Personal Information
By providing us with your personal information you consent to our processing your data for our own in house data analysis. We will only use the information that you provide to us for the purposes contemplated in these Terms, informing you about similar services which we provide (unless you tell us that you do not want to receive this information) and improving the services which we offer to customers.
Our online booking and payment systems which store your data are password encrypted to protect your personal information from access by unauthorised persons and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, and damage. We may retain your personal information after we have ceased using it for the purposes set out in these Terms, or for as long as the law requires.
